I also know an unusually large amount of information on investing and cinema although I wouldn’t say I was an expert.
Rudyard Kipling.
Telephony.
And just any amount of semi-random information.
I’ve been thinking about this thread ever since it got posted… let’s see:
Pokemon (just the anime, not the games)
18th century female novelists (I know nothing compared to people who actually study in the field, but more than the average person)
Not an expert but quite a bit about nuclear power/power plants as I’ve worked at one for 18 years.
Movies, cooking, gardening
I know quite a lot about how to get the most amazing colors to appear on freshly ground steel. It involves using the heat from a torch to carefully coax the colors from within. Quite fascinating and also fun. I call it “Flame Painting” for lack of an “official” term. I would be more than happy to share my techniques with any of you metal working dopers who are so inclined to learn.
You can see some of my very early work at www.steeldreams.com
If any dopers contain details on the early history and origins of this art form I would be MOST interested to hear them. Thus far I have only been able to find vague references on the topic.
I used to know a lot of other stuff as well but unfortunately, I’ve forgotten most of it.

I know alot of useless information.
I know A LOT about toyota vehicles since I work there.
-Don’t ever get rust-proofing for your car, they charge you $300 for a simple task that takes 5 mins and $50 a bottle that can last 10 cars, if you don’t want it to rust, wash it once in a while for christ sakes.
I know more about certain people then they think I do.
Drugs. I know more then I want to about illegal drugs even though I quit a year and a half ago, I still know exactly who to go to here, where they will be, what time, what they have on them, who’s with them, etc etc etc.
I know a lot about graphic design, not as much as a professional, but I can hold my own pretty good.

I know this city back to front from purposely making myself lost and finding my way home. Hell, I know more then the taxi drivers here.
Lemme see,
“It’s a Wonderful Life.” Love that movie. Love it, love it, love it. Have a trivia game. I answered almost every question right. Drives Mrs. Walton nuts.

I know a fair amount about making beer, even though I haven’t done it in a couple of years. I know some aspects of Chinese cooking, but by no means am an expert. I am trying to become a better gardener.
Oh, and birds, at least those in my area. I am constantly amazed how much better other people know their birds, though. I would have to quit my job and devote at least two years of my life to approach a level near these folks.
In my work life I actually know a ridiculous amount about two fairly obscure subjects: electroporation, or using electrical pulses to get molecules (DNA, in this case) into cells, and microinjection which does the same thing mechanically. I have a lot of practical knowledge about growing eukaryotic cells in culture, too, and electrophoresis.
