What do you like on Discovery +?

Just signed up for my free six months of Discovery + with Verizon.

What do you like on the service? I was skeptical about signing up, but I figured six months free was a good reason.

As far as suggesting shows to me, over the years, I’ve preferred the home decor shows focusing on practical uses rather than the $15,000 worth of carpentry tools in the garage shows.

I prefer more science based shows as opposed to Bigfoot.

First of all the food network competition shows. I really got into them during the lockdown and the new season of Tournament of Champions is great:

Guy’s Grocery Games
Iron Chef America
Beat Bobby Flay
Chopped
Restaurant Impossible is also good

Also I’m big into documentaries, science, history:

Mysteries of the Abandoned
What on Earth?
Unearthed
How the Universe Works
Expedition: Unknown
etc

I’m not always into true crime or paranormal stuff, but there is lots of that as well.

One of my most watched streaming services for sure.

We don’t have Discovery+ yet but I noticed that “If Walls Could Talk” is on there. Here’s an article about the series:
