What do you think are the chances the defamation suit against Trump succeeds?

See here: Trump may face a reckoning in case brought by female accuser

It’s notoriously hard to prove allegations of sexual misconduct in court, and even more so after years have passed.* But perhaps defamation will be somewhat easier to prove (for one thing, it’s a civil matter so the standard of proof is lower), or at the very least perhaps it will bring to light new evidence (e.g., Apprentice tapes) which could be damaging to Trump politically. Perhaps this will lead to a series of lawsuits from Trump’s other accusers. Or, maybe the courts will simply not allow a case against a sitting President to go forward.

What do you think will come of this, if anything?
*For what it’s worth, I believe the accusations against Trump are true, just as I believe the accusations against other powerful figures on both ends of the political spectrum. But whether I believe it and whether they’re likely to win in court are two separate things. (Whether my beliefs are justified is probably a topic best left to a different thread – I only mention my stance here to make clear that this post isn’t meant to imply otherwise.)
