Oh, sleestak, you broke my heart! I lost my copy of Tombstone when my house got flooded-I really do feel your pain! I got it on DVD a couple months ago after reading this thread .
I’ve also been reading Return of Little Big Man, which has a whole different slant on that same event. The Earps apparently did prefer to coldcock people, and they were humiliated by it, as it meant you weren’t even worth a bullet.
Any Tombstone fan would enjoy the Little Big Man books-they’re great!
