Well, “booyaka” is definitely at least present in lots of reggae, ragga, and jungle. See General Levy at 1:13 in this clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awKK7I0Jevc. It’s not exactly the same, but its similar. It’s onomatopoeic for gunshots.
Ali G’s “booyakasha” is probably just a slight manipulation of booyaka.
