Nothing to really worry about. These days, I’d be more concerned about phishing (e.g. pig butchering scams from strangers texting you, regardless of your phone and app). Google Messages helps a lot with spam blocking.
SMS and RCS aren’t the most secure things in the world, but millions of people use them every minute and it’s mostly not a big deal. If you’re not targeted by a state intelligence agency, you don’t really have much to worry about.
