The puzzling phrase is as follows:
“BOCA RATON, FL – 03/09/09 – AutoInfo, Inc. (OTCBB: AUTO), a non-asset based third party logistics service provider, today announced the completion of a $30 million credit facility with Regions Bank secured primarily by accounts receivable.”
So if I need 200 tons of widgets moved from my plant in Akron next to the airport to my distribution center in Texas, they’ll call the motor freight people for me and order 5 semis, but the motor freight company will be a third party?
