No. The Jewish faith does not believe in this.
I wouldn’t be so fast with that “no,” hajario. There are some kabbalistic concepts that involve the notion of reincarnation (gilgulim).
However, for the most part, one can dismiss the notion of reincarnation and still be a Jew in good standing. It’s certainly not a core belief.
