Some tracking system? I’ve seen this or something like this in some spam messages IIRC always at the bottom. I am looking through it to create my own spam flitering rules based on keywords (i.e. “to be removed” or the really pissing me off “to be re_moved” or other such methods to defeat my filters)

It’s probably a random string inserted to fool spam filters. If the text of multiple messages is not identical, some servers will let them go through.
