What does your sig mean to you?

My sig line is from a file of quotes I keep that I find funny, insightful, etc. The one Ive used here is to vent my frustration with the Criminal Justice System, and the source of the quote while true also relects my love of cartoons. Id like to write a book ala “All I needed to know I learned watching cartoons” someday

Shrug. Mine’s from before the days of the movie Tron, when I used to operate computer equipment that didn’t have monitors, just printers.

HaHa cheezit, very funny. I really do enjoy a good sig line. nice SN by the way. you are making me hungry.

Like a lot of people, I change mine often. My current one is from a song that I really love, and it fits my struggle of “living for myself, not other people” that I’m going through right now.

It means… Well, that I’m yer pal!

And I apparantly cannot change it either…

Yer pal,
Satan

I HAVE BEEN SMOKE-FREE FOR:
Three months, three days, 16 hours, 59 minutes and 27 seconds.
3788 cigarettes not smoked, saving $473.54.
Life saved: 1 week, 6 days, 3 hours, 40 minutes.

Ain’t it great to know you have a friend in Satan. I appreciate it big guy.

With all the intelligent, humourous and (after seeing the SD people pages) good looking people on the board it’s the only thing that I can brag about.
Keith

That is an honor most of us could only dream of. BTW Satan Congrats on being smoke free for so long.

my brother <soulsling> got me into comic books, and the only ones i have ever laughed out loud for was the tick
hence the signature

By the way, welcome to the board Wacky. I am a newbie myself.

Well, mine changes every two weeks or so.
My current one is from The Simpsons that made me laugh so hard I could hardly breathe.
Then of course, I have to brag about being welcomed by Cecil Adams.
And I have to advertise my page at every chance I get.

thanks chrisP

I change the first part of mine often. Usually it’s something I think is funny or refers somehow to my SN. For example, now it is “A day without sunshine is like…night”, which I got from an e-mail with goofy sayings like that, which I just love. (ex. “Save the whales! Collect the whole set.” or “Before they invented the drawing board, what did they go back to?”)

The second part is my basic feeling about life. I am generally known for my cheerful disposition (hence my SN) and my general love of life. My mother died a couple years ago, and when it happened, I realized that I was sad not because she died but because she didn’t get to live anymore. I also realized that I really don’t fear death–(I DO fear the pain that may come with it, depending on the method). I love the living part so much that I don’t want it to end.

(Yes, yes, I’m a Catholic and I know I’m supposed to be all jazzed about going to Heaven, etc. But you know how it is–like when you’re eating a REALLY good dinner, and you just want more of the entree, even though you’ve been told there’s an even better dessert waiting for you. Sometimes you can’t help but fill up on the main dish anyway.)

Maybe you’d like to actually see the sig, too. Oops. :o

You and I share the same outlook on life. By the way, how did you come out in the water fight? I joined in late but was blasted from behind. I know this is a highjack, but I started this thread, I should be able to do that, right?

I like mine because I post in the pit real often, and it’s always a nice way to end a post. Of course, I’ll probably be changing it soon.

Let’s try this one more time…

True, and I do enjoy your posts in pit as well.
Carry on.

::: studying her wet, heaving cleavage… :::

Obi Wan–that water fight thread was a lot of fun. I belive it ended up that BratMan had once again doused me with water to ensure an appropriately damp bosom.

I’m just psyched that I made Threadspotting!

I see that some else has mistaken me for my older, weaker, less good looking brother. Sunshine, you may call me Chrisp One(or just ChrisP). Okay my new sig is courtesy of Satan.
