Some ftp sites e.g. will have their usage statistics/transfer logs online, sometimes this will include IPs - mostly for the top users( try a google search for “ftp statistics for”).

Another example could be mailinglist archives, if the headers are stored/shown, this could enable me to find some of your interrests/communications.

As a side note, dynamic addresses are often not very dynamic. My DSL provider uses long DHCP leases and will give me the same address for a month or two. They’ll even reissue it to me if I have to re-connect. Dynamic in this case just means “won’t guarantee it will the stay the same”.
