This is in the context of film and TV. I’ve just been reading the Westworld wiki and the following caught my eye.
I’m having a hard time working out what the sex consultant would do. Tell the actors about the birds and the bees? I’m guessing they already know that. So just what would they be there for? (And where can I apply for the job?)

The sex consultant may also help to ensure that you’re going to be able to get the rating you want out of it. A film may want to push the limits of the R rating by showing a little more skin, or more intense subject matter… but they can’t afford to be released with an NC-17 or X rating. Ideally, you’d do everything right to avoid a fight with the ratings agencies. Sometimes you can fix a problematic scenes in post-production, but mostly you want to capture the right footage the right way the first time. Thus, someone who knows what fines lines not to cross and how to set up the scene to achieve it.
It’s amazing how many jobs the high school guidance counselor forgot to mention. 
I clearly went into the wrong line of work.
