Reminds me of this scene:
Every time I see the title of this thread, I always wonder when Trump became a member of Gwar.
That’s just mean. I like it.
Kanye should walk into Trump’s hospital room, lean forward and whisper in Trump’s ear:
“Yo, I’m really happy for you and I’m’na let you finish, but William Randolph Hearst had one of the best deaths of all time”
And he has no access to any means of publishing a refutation.
His phone is there just…out…of…reach.
Or his tiny little fingers mistype his Twitter password.
you should be happy Trump won… Clinton is a disgusting fraudulent criminal… much much more so than Trump
Great, another fucking sTrumpet.
She is a fraudulent criminal? That is refreshing burst of honesty from all those Trumpettes that claim she is a real criminal. Thanks for the support.
It also confirms that the Howling Yam is a criminal.
As this thread has been revived, I’m wondering if you had any further insight into what influenced these folks to behave one way or the other. My guess would be how they were raised, i.e. nurture.
And I also wonder, in your experience, how many of the second group were actually sociopathic bullies with such deep insecurities? 45 is much worse than just a privileged asshole, after all.
Gah, board ate my post.
TLDR: envy and its little sister jealousy, with a heavy dose of entitlement. The envious ones are leeches if they aren’t in charge, tyrants when they are.
Long answer: those from the first group (in which if I may give myself a medal I’ll include my paternal family) were raised knowing ourselves lucky: to be born in a time with good medical care, in countries with good school systems and safety networks, to strong cultures, to families which valued both education (all children had the right to get as far as they wanted, not just the firstborn or just the males or any of that crap) and freedom (parents may have been more or less subtle about trying to direct their children’s life-changing choices, but did not impose).
Those in the second group, the Spanish sentence is le deben y no le pagan… he goes through life as if everybody is indebted to him and late in the payments. Instead of saying “gee, I’ve got it so good, I really should pay back as much as I possibly can”, they piss blood because the Joneses have a bigger TV. It isn’t just “gosh, I wish my TV was that big”, it’s “how DARE they have a bigger TV!” That anybody has a better situation is a personal offense; that the Joneses’ vacations consist of going to visit Grandma rather than of cruises, or that the Joneses don’t have children due to medical problems, or simply that they’ve bought it a bit later and TVs are now bigger is not taken into account.
A lot of it is nurture: while envy et co are something people tend to more or less from birth, how you’re raised tells you if they’re desirable, acceptable, or the kind of thing that makes your Grandma say “I am reasonably sure we did not raise you like this” in tones that would make Almighty God go down on his knees and beg forgiveness.
no offense but I can tolerate benevolent corruption better than what ever is going on now…
I can picture Clinton cutting corners in order to get the job done.
Trump cuts corners because walking around them is, like, hard.
It took you four months to come up with that?
That’s not the question to ask. The correct question to ask is: What factors contributed to turning the modern American liberal into Cuntus Maximus?
Are you people ever going to stop whining like broke-dick dogs over the fact that Trump was elected President? Or do we have another 3 1/2 years of tantrums to look forward to?
My, aren’t you a brave snowflake hiding behind your ignore list so you won’t see replies.
You can stop your tantrums any time you like.
That the opinions of Trump frequently expressed on this board seem to greatly irk you is reward enough to justify continuing, I reckon.
Is there anyone not on your ignore list to answer your question? I have to assume there’s at least one in this thread, possibly the OP, else it would have appeared blank to you.
