Of perhaps some relevance, he stole the line from a movie character who later went nuts and made a futile stand against a far more powerful foe. I liken it to Clothahump trying vainly to hold back the tide of history.
Going further later in life he was able to remove people who did tell him no, so surrounded himself with those willing to support him and be loyal to him, so he looks good in his company as well, all those smily shiny faces cast a pleasant hue on him.
In the presidency it is proving much more difficult for him to remove those who don’t agree with him, so without just all those shiny smily faces around him he is seen much more for who he is a pitiful little troll.

Cries along the lines of “get over it” are code for “stop pointing out how awful my new owner is!” I wonder why we never heard that when it came to criticizing the torturer Bush. At the time it was accepted that criticism was leveled at the torturer Bush because the critic was, in fact, unhappy with the performance of the torturer Bush, and those who supported said torturer responded by defending him - often laughingly poorly, but still.
Not so with the rapist Trump. Criticism of the rapist Trump is viewed as bitching about election results and not criticism of the rapist Trump’s appalling performance as President. His property often doesn’t even try to defend his actions.

It ain’t worth answering. There are very legitimate reasons to be concerned about who is leading the country yet some people continue to whine like broke-dick dogs about HRC and her “felonies”.
