What famous people were born on your birthday?

Richard Nixon, but nobody famous.

Plato, Alexander Pope, Henri Rousseau, and the cream of the crop, Judge Reinhold (I love that guy!) were all born on May 21st.

Sadly enough, Carlos from “The Flying Nun” died on my birthday, and at the eaxt moment I was being born, the NY Islanders beat Minn North Stars 4 games to 1 for Stanley Cup!

Busy day.

Bob Mould? You rule! And, for what it’s worth, nobody really expects you to come up with umlauts, so Husker Du is perfectly acceptable.

What a guy to share a B-Day with, huh?

HeHe

I left that one in just for you. I didn’t attempt the umlauts - it just pasted that way.

Rasta, you’re the same as my ex wife but I won’t hold it against you!

As for me:
Jan 19 Mohammed born (yeah that one) cool huh?

February 21 Birthday Boys-and-Girls include…

Charlotte Church (1986)
Billy Baldwin (1963)
Kelsey Grammar (1955)
Alan Rickman (1946)
Erma Bombeck (1927)
Anaïs Nin (1903)

Ian Curtis!

I’m September 26, not too many that I have heard of - Moses Mendelssohn, Johnny Appleseed, T. S. Eliot, Marty Robbins, Winnie Mandela, Mary Beth Hurt, Linda Hamilton, and Olivia Newton John.

August 28. Nobody that I’ve heard of except a couple assorted actors whose names sound vaguely familiar :frowning: On the other hand, it’s the Festival of Hungry Ghosts in Hong Kong, which sounds pretty kewl, even if I have no clue what it means.

It’s much cooler for my kids. Flodjunior shares a birthday with Abraham Lincoln and Charles Darwin, and flod2k with Galileo (!!!) and Matt Groening! Flodjunior was also born on the same day (same year) that the Winter Olympics opened in Lillehammer, just a few hundred km away.

Yours truly, of course…
Larry Flynt, publisher and pervert
Keith Emerson, of Emerson, Lake and Palmer
Rick Allen, of Def Leppard
Lyle Lovett, country singer with funny hair style
and…

Fernando Valenzuela!!! Famous Los Angeles Dodger baseball hero!!!

I’m so proud…:[sub]sniff[/sub]:

T.S. Eliot, who is coïncidentally my favorite poet.
Godlike composer George Gershwin.
Oatmeal god Wilford Brimley.
Exercise guru Jack LaLane.
Master jazzman John Coltraine.
Post-disco pop singer Olivia Newton John.
Jefferson Starship guitarist Craig Chaquico.
Arch arboreal arranger Johnny Appleseed.

What kind of sucks is that all sorts of cool people were born and all kinds of cool stuff actually happened on September 28, including the birth of the lovely Janeane Garafalo. Ah, well. I’m content with my date.
