I keep hearing the term “Gay Bathhouse,” but I’m still not really sure what it means. My guess is that it’s a place where gay men go and sit in hot tubs nude with each other, and that there are rooms where they can go off and have sex with each other if they so desire. Is this basically it? If I’m wrong, could someone with more expertise set me, er, straight?

And is there anything like this for heterosexuals?

I did some research on this, back when my ex-wife and I were still married and swinging.

There is a club in SF that has a once a month “Couples Night”, although I understand the upper floors are still primarily gay.

We decided against it due to the research revealing several things, one of which being TS/TV’s who go around and offer themselves without revealing physical gender… and the idea of a LARGE group of men watching and having themselves in hand.

If we could have found a club that was couples ONLY as opposed to allowing single men in for a MUCH higher fee we would have probably tried it out.
