Umm, right now, I think I’ll pass. But eggs are a good example of my food issues. Eggs used to be a part of my diet, a fairly frequent part. Right now, they don’t taste right. I’ve been advised that if any of my favorite foods don’t taste good anymore, not to force it, because it may ruin my taste for it forever. In theory, at some point they will start to taste good again, if I don’t get it into my head that I don’t like them. I have the same issue with beef, and some other odds and ends.
I eat full fat Greek yogurt almost every day for breakfast and I’ll zazz it up with hemp hearts, a bit of maple syrup or honey (especially Manuka honey if you can find it), fresh fruit, or cereal like Kashi cinnamon crisp. We also use it anywhere you’d use sour cream or creme fraiche. You could also throw in nuts, granola, dried fruit, or even chia seeds if you can handle the texture.
