I want a candidate who is serious, has backbone, and good political connections. I want a candidate who comes up with a solid fiscal/business policy, as well as an effective energy policy. He or she should be charismatic, and well spoken. They should beam leadership.
Then I want them to have some really crazy-ass plan. Nothing hot-topic like abortion or immigration, just a over-hard stand on something really stupid that will never actually pass, like banning latex paint or declaring jihad on the company that makes astroturf.
