What invisible thing is biting me?!

Do you actually see bites on your body? If so, can you post a picture? You might talk to an exterminator and see what they suggest. I am really sorry you’re going through ths!

actually i have took photos of 5 consecutive days of the same foot area but could not find anywhere in my messy pc and don’t have a camera at hand atm. i searched before posting this now and will search after in case i find that lost folder.
i have talked to an exterminator and he suggested dust mites, bed bugs etc. he threw profesional liquid all over the place, i washed all clothes in public washing machine etc. after that he said he have no idea what may be. i also talked to an experienced American exterminator that came by googling my problem and he was 100% sure is psychological despite showing evidences of the marks. how could be if even my (RIP) cat jumped around like crazy right when i felt these, she being protected with collar against fleas.
these may be of African origin since in Italy i stayed in Sicilia where all african handmade ships stop with hundreds of citizens every week looking for a better life. i would be eternal grateful if i will ever escape this living nightmare but damage is done already by the amount of stress and pain. i will die early because of something invisible. sounds totally retarded i know. i can’t share my opinion without seeing people staying away from me because i sound like a lunatic or they are afraid of infestation.

Just a long shot here but I go through terrible itching on legs and feet and buttox area. I have traced mine down to the wood that I work with. It takes several washes to remove whatever it is I am alergic to from my clothes. It never bothers me until about 1 hour after I remove my pants and socks at night. A good shower and over the counter itching medicine has helped. I also try to remind myself to vacumme my computer chair in my shop as the wood dust in the chair seems to be a a major source of the problem.

Have you tried an antihistamine like Benadryl, Claritin, or Zyrtec?

yes, tried Benadryl, Tylenol(which make my neck hurt for some reasons) and some weakish sleep pills. i have tried everything from A to Z. i have contacted OP but havent heard back. is not like i’m trying to cure cancer… this problem is so stupid that mind boggles to others. all i want is to see someone experiencing related and the way he solved. i don’t mind to see more ideas and advices. i randomly try everything. vacuum every freaking day, poor washing machine is working hard in order to keep them presence reduced etc. problem is i can’t be fully usable at work because of lack of sleep and stress and i may be fired for this retarded creatures like it wasnt enough. now i have a full week free and remembered this forum. now i came to the point to believe in miracles, to see posted some strange thing, to try and work and be solved just like that lol. how would be…

These are all over-the-counter antihistamines, courtesy of WebMD:

Allegra (fexofenadine)
Benadryl (diphenhydramine)
Dimetane (brompheniramine)
Claritin, Alavert (loratadine)
Tavist (clemastine)
Chlor-Trimeton (chlorpheniramine)
Zyrtec (certirizine)

As you can see, they aren’t just different brand names of the same chemical, so if I were you, I’d work my way through all of these in hopes of finding one that helps.
If there is an actual critter biting you, you may be having an allergic reaction that is itchy or possibly you are having an allergic reaction to a laundry detergent, fabric softener, soap, etc.
The fact is, there are teeny critters everywhere, they just aren’t making most of us itch. You’ve tried getting rid of the critters, but that hasn’t worked yet, so maybe change your focus to blocking your body’s reaction.
If you are taking any drugs or medications, the itching could be a side effect.
It’s also possible that there is no itch-inducing critter or allergen and you are itching without an external trigger. Your itching is still very real. As I write this, I am feeling very itchy, as most people do when talking, hearing, or thinking about itchy things. The more you obsess over the itching, the itchier you become, the more you scratch, damage your skin, and getting itchier still. You must find a way to step out of this feedback loop and reclaim your life. If you cannot block your body’s physical reaction of feeling itchy, you might try hypnosis to mentally block the itchy feeling.
Good luck.

Parasthesia. The pins and needles sensation could seem like bug bites. There’s a host of reasons for this including something as simple as B vitamin deficiency. OP, have you been eating well lately? Other causes are medication, injury and stress.
I had parasthesia for several years in my hands. In my case it was positional, when I held my hands and arms to type. I knew it was parasthesia and had to soak my hands in ice water hourly while I was working on my thesis. Getting out of grad school cured me.
