I Googled around and from this website it appears to be just a higer quality version of a CD. The version issued by the record company.
Is this all there is to it?
The black triangle is just the design that EMI was using on their lable at that particular time. Many of the Hoffman members prefer the mastering of certain albums from this time period because they arent mastered so loudly due to compression.
