While reading a thread earlier today, I don’t remember where or anything, I don’t particularly feel like trying to find it again, but Ghost was known as a boomerang, not a member. What gives?
I think someone (Lynn Bodoni, most likely) changed the status when banning him/her, to indicate someone who had previously been thrown off the board, only to return. These sort of titles, though well loved by the board as a whole, are no longer given to banned members, as it is thought that it gives attention to attention-seeking imbeciles.
A boomerang is an Aboriginal throwing-stick. It’s most outstanding characteristic is that it comes back. Ned I say more?
