Khadaji:
If you like to travel then I suggest you join the Army and attempt to get attached to one of our many FORSCOM units. It will take you to many parts of the world, granted you will have to stay there for 6-18 months, but it’s a great travel opportunity. I, myself, am with the 101st ABN Div. I have been in this division for approx. 11 months, 10 of which have been spent in the wonderful vacation spot of choice amoung Muslims, Iraq. Just a thought for ya. . .
Travelling saleswoman?
. . . watch out for those farmer’s sons, though . . .
My sister is the Convention Coordinator (Title is Director of something something) for the American division of a large multi-national. She routinely travels to foreign countries, stays in 4 & 5 star hotels, takes luxury cruises, eats in the best restaurants, etc.
You see, she has to check them out before booking a Sales or Executive meeting there…
So if you want to do this sort of thing, get this kind of job or your own show on the Travel Channel.
Internal auditor.
I did this for almost seven years with two companies. With the first, all travel was domestic and alone - I had 60 locations in 7 states that had to be audited at least every 90 days. I was also occasionally sent to other districts to audit.
Travel for the second company included international travel, Honduras, Mexico, Guatemala, Hong Kong (although I left before that trip came up).
LOL. Thanks, but I actually travel more than enough already and am way too old for the army. Besides, I’m a middle-aged successful male, not a young successful woman.

Check out opportunities with the U.S. Department of State. You don’t say what your area of success is, but many private sector jobs translate well to the DOS, particularly in the area of administrative support.
The amount of travel is only restricted by your willingness to serve and your sense of adventure (or danger, in some cases). I spent about 12 years working as both a direct hire and in other capacities for them, living in Germany, Belgium, Portugal, Mali and Uganda, and visiting more countries than I can list here.
