Inspired by this thread, I figured we needed a thread to figure out what a Fromesiter might be. Could it be someone who has a pathological interest in reading “Ethan Frome”?

That would be a cheese gourmand. Fromesiters are the people who manage the cheese inventory at upscale restaurants that have a separate cheese course.
