What is "Christiansands"?

I was just grooving out to the song of that title by Tricky.

Any idea what it means? Helsinki is mentioned in the same sentence.

And if you care to, please tell me what you think the song is about.

Christiansand (or “Kristiansand”) is a
city on the southern coast of Norway. There is a Christiansands Bryggeri (Brewery) in Norway, but I can’t confidently say that the brewery is in Christiansand.
