What is Hitler's greatest fear?

At this point, probably that the people who run Hell will send Uncle Joe in to rattle the cage again.

I think the reason the History Channel is full of WWII stuff, all of that footage is government related and thus in the public domain - no copyright involved.

There is evidence that he had some sort of phobia about insects. From the recently unearthed dossier compiled by the Soviets, mainly based on their postwar interrogation of his aides Linge and Günsche:

(The Hitler Book, 2005, ed. by Henrik Eberle and Matthias Uhl; John Murray, 2005, trans. by Giles MacDonogh, p88.)

This may be related to a passage in the Table Talk where he describes being familiar as a child with bees, since his father kept them, but that he was then extremely badly stung on one occasion.

I’m a little worried about the present tense verb in the subject line.

Cite? I read somewhere that he deliberately exiled his Jewish dentist just prior to WWII so he wouldn’t get killed.

I suspect it was that he would wind up in a ditch, covered in petrol, on fire.

I think you’re referring to Eduard Bloch, who was Hitler’s doctor as a boy, and treated the cancer Hitler’s mother died of. After Hitler annexed Austria, Bloch was allowed to emigrate and came to the US.

Could you please let me have the ISBN and authors name please for both books.

Thanks

Yeah, my first mental response to the phrasing of the question in the subject line had to do with Satan upgrading his methods of eternal torment or somesuch …

Bunnies…

Apparently it wasn’t fighting a two- or three-front war in Europe.
