What does this word salad mean?

Mostly that he has some maturing to do.
ETA: but if you want a real answer, both terms have Wikipedia pages.
Anarchist communism
Anarcho-primitivism
He appreciates the “Dennis” scene from “The Holy Grail.”
Schizophrenia.
Well, I immediately take away that he’s unsure of how to spell primitivism and doesn’t care to look it up.
A label-lover.
He read chapter 1 of several books he didn’t quite understand, including Das Kapital, Thoreau’s major works, and probably some Ayn Rand, as well as Gravelle and Guerin.
Well, there is a high probability he is on the Autism Spectrum. Really smart, weird interests (LOVED maps and license plates as a kid), stilted speech, etc.
A poser.
You mean a poseur. That’s like a poser, but more posery.
At that particular age, that sort of self-labeling usually is only peripherally meaningful. All those terms are in one way and another, anti-establishment authority, and given his age and your description of him, I’d bet it simply means that he is currently averse to being tied down to any of the primary political organizations.
Anarchy (not actual anarchy, the more romanticized versions of it) tend to appeal to younger people, especially young males who are being driven by hormones and DNA, to strike out on their own. Especially when they are averse to actually suffering the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, and prefer to instead make Strelnikovian proclamations about everything instead. That’s a Doctor Zivago reference.
What exactly he means, you’d be wise to ferret out gradually in detail, because expansive terms such as he used, really don’t specify much other than that he doesn’t care for mainstream notions all that much, but still likes to have strong opinions.
For an anarchist, he really likes joining groups.
‘Attention seeking poseur’.
I think therefore I am…confused.
Seriously, I’m not sure there is anything you can do about him personally, but you might keep an eye on him. In today’s climate, fairly normal young person anti-authority leanings can be enticed into any number of more radical activist factions. Some of them are more benign, some are more destructive.
Given that it’s repeated and spelled correctly the first time, it’s also possible the second instance a deep insightful comment on our relationship to our primate ancestors, or the communist tendencies of apes.
Screw your dictionary! Screw prescriptivist oligarchy! Anarchist spelling power to the people!
Don’t be a looser, man.
Did he lose his mind, or loose his mind? (His brain’s running down the street!)
it means “I’m in my early 20s and in college.” Does he use “Orwellian,” “Kafkaesque,” and “Faustian” a lot too?
I doubt he would join anything, he’s more of the loner type, but I will keep on eye on him. His mother was your typical 60s rebel as a teen, so who knows what he’ll do. He also has a sister that has changed her name, gender, and orientation more times than I can count.
