As near as I can tell, it’s simultaneously referring to a dance move and drive-by shooting (“snap” = “shoot,” “roll” = “drive away”), although “roll” is subject to other interpretations. If there’s a sexual meaning, it’s unclear to me (the dance itself might give a hint).
Haven’t heard it yet but I’m sure it’s similar to “Lean and Pop”.
