What is the best dedicated forum for discussion of "Apollo moon landing hoax"?

So you’re proposing that NASA was unable to meet Kennedy’s deadline and get someone on the moon by 1969, and so faked footage from the surface of the moon to save face/stick it to the commies/raise morale, etc.

Then, they successfully sent people to the moon, took footage, and the real footage matched the staged footage. Despite the fact that we didn’t know what the moon would really look like before we got there.

I find that much harder to believe than the simple idea that all of it was real.

I’d closely examine Saint Cad’s Apollo 18 claims if I were you. There’s loads of filmed evidence that he’s correct. Some of it even got a fairly widespread cinema release, iirc.

You really are stretching. Once the conspiracy theory starts to become ever more complex to cover the emerging reality you are matching the signature of pseudo-science. Also, the theory so far doesn’t even come close to understanding the reasons for the change in quality, or why there were tapes in existence at all.

THEY claim there were astronauts in the module because they tracked the radio “broadcasts”. However it would be easy to send the broadcast from Earth using a high gain antenna that no one could track (the radio waves are pointed away from Earth) to have Apollo rebroadcast them towards the Earth. NASA has never proven they didn’t do that.

The obvious truth: The Doctor destroyed “those” tapes so the only record of the first moon landing would be the one broadcast–which he (ahem) doctored with that special message. So that every time humanity watches it throughout future history–we will be warned about “The Silence.”

No I’m not talking about shadows being at different “angles” - those people are stupid. Look at the shadows the “lander” makes. The sun would be at the 2:00 to 3:00 “position”. This corresponds to NASA’s claim that they landed in the early lunar “morning”. Now look at the Earth. For that illumination the Sun would have to be at “about” the 12:30 position.

Why the “discrepancy” and why has NASA never addressed this? Asking questions.

Those photos were taken on Hasselblad 550ELs on 6cmx6xm film, with a 53mmx53mm images area. Square format. The Resseau plate used on this camera to measure angular distances was a matrix of 5 x 5 crosses, with the largest one being the center one. The photo Cad linked to retains that big center registration cross, on the right of the frame, so, to me, it looks like someone took the original and added information to the left of the frame, where the earth is.

Yes, it’s clearly edited. You can see the landscape repeating at the left where it has been pasted in.

Nice. I didn’t even bother looking into it that closely, as I dismissed it as a fake given the information I gave above, but that’s even better for anyone who isn’t convinced (and I assumed that Saint Cad was messing with us, anyway, given the tone of his post.) I should also correct my post. It should be a Hasselblad 500EL, and “Réseau” plate.
