I vote with Cadolphin on Stephen’s, especially with a peppermint candy cane as a swizzle stick.
After I have used some melted Lindt milk chocolate to coat chocolate truffles with, I then add hot milk and whisk it and heat it to near boiling. I add some Cointreau (or Amoretto or usually what I have put into the truffles) to cups and pour the hot mixture in. Mmm mmm.
I tend to add cardamom to mine if I’m just having the powdered stuff, or occasionally cinnamon.
Heavens. Seems I’ve been slumming with my hot milk and Hershey’s syrup, huh?
And even sven just made me drool.
