I really think that ‘Oh’ at the beginning of a song title is more in line with ‘a’, ‘the’, etc. IMHO, “Oh, Pretty Woman” should be here under P, and whenever we do V, the Decemberists’ “Oh, Valencia” belongs there and not with O.
