I was curious how the wealth, at their peak, of the following families compared:
The Waynes (Batman)
The Queens (Green Arrow)
The Starks (Iron Man)
The Luthors (Superman)
The Xaviers (X-Men)
The Worthingtons (X-men)
Thanks

Don’t forget the McDucks.
Richie Rich can buy and sell them all.
The Waynes (Batman) = The Starks (Iron Man) = The Luthors (Superman)
The Worthingtons (X-men)
The Xaviers (X-Men)
The Queens (Green Arrow)
Above all of them, however, is Von Doom.
Can’t tell you about those in specific, but here’s an interesting list from back in 2002: the Forbes Fictional Fifteen.
The fortunes of Lex Luthor and Ollie Queen go up and down quite a bit. (And probably Tony Stark, too.)
Ollie was old money, and probably on par with Bruce Wayne for much of his history. Then he had his fortune stolen out from under him because he was too trusting, and spent the next couple years as an average middle-class dude. Now he’s rich again, but probably not up to Wayne level.
Luthor, it’s no longer clear just how much he’s worth. After his second term as president ended in violence and disgrace, Bruce Wayne aquired most of his holdings - but he still had some pretty massive resources apparently hidden. And after the events of Infinite Crisis, he managed to regain his position within LexCorp. But by the time 52 is over, he’s going to be forced out in disgrace again. So, while he’s clearly still wealthy, he’s nowhere near the level he was before, or Wayne level. Maybe only Kara Zor-El level. (She’s stinking rich, too, thanks to selling some Kryptonian tech to Wayne.)
I know the Worthingtons have more than Emma Frost, and I think she in turn has more money than Xavier, but I could be wrong about that last part.
Or the Daytons. The Daytons definitely outclass the Waynes.
What about the (Veronica) Lodges?
I’d put em around the Queens.
:smack: What about Namor, the Sub-Mariner :smack:
He’s Prince of Atlantis, & owns a major corporation on land.
