I’ve become curious, I ran across this image while googling images of “root canal.”
I can’t explain it, but I can’t seem to find a context for it. I want to know if it is from some movie or some commercial for a private practice – anybody got any ideas on this?
I shortened the URL, & discovered that the image is apparently connected to a dental practice in France.
Legit, as near as I can tell.
Can ya beat that? :smack:
You found the image on Google Images (I presume). Google Images found it by spidering this page, some random guy’s blog. That random guy was talking about going to the dentist (14.3.03 on his site), and he used that picture in his link.
The link is from a French website that sells dental surgery over the Internet (or something affiliated to dental surgery; my French isn’t good). The actual picture is linked on this page as “proposition n°1”. That page is the Dental Humor page, and in English, the full sentence translates into something like: “Every dentist must have a couple of completely devoted assistants, in spite of the labor fees.” Two pictures, the one you found and another one showing a large-chested woman, help illustrate the point.
So, yeah… that’s the context, but that still doesn’t explain the source of the image. From the people, poses, and lighting, I’d guess it’s from a movie of some sort, but who knows…
I had to go back and look again to see what you were talking about. I’ll be damned! There’s a guy in that picture! I didn’t even see him the first time.
