What would you call a system in a factory that has a power tool suspended above a work station on some type of arm or spring, so that when not in use the tool is up and out of way?

I need to price something like this for work and my Google-Fu is lacking today.

It could be they are using pneumatic tools. The spring things are air supply hoses.
