Hmm… We haven’t actually got to that stage yet. Which is probably a bit remiss. A friend has just been to HK for the Sevens so we will be kinda relying on him for a heads-up for next year. Him and Google 
It used to be OZ and NZ, followed by the UK, but I’ve been to all three now.
So now it’s Norway. Or maybe Switzerland.
Brazil. I’d like to fish the Amazon.
United Kingdom with Australia as my back-up choice.
Italy. I’m a Classics major and husband is a History major with concentration in late antiquity and medieval Europe. I want to go to Rome so bad it hurts. I have a collection of mason jars filled with coins comprising my savings toward our trip to Rome plus a little cash in the bank. It’s not much, but it’s something. We’ve been married almost three years; our trip to Rome will be our honeymoon.
The class I’m taking on the topography of Rome right now isn’t helping much with my overwhelming desire though. Our textbooks are basically travel guides. My prof. splits his life between LA and his apartment by the Janiculum. If I find out he rides around Rome all day on a Moto Guzzi I might have to kill him and take his life over. Or max out a lot of credit cards. (I won’t do either of course, but I mull the latter over from time to time).
Italy, absolutely. Florence in particular, for the art. Time permitting, Sicily, where my family originally comes from.
Wales. My maternal grandparents are from there. I guess i have family there.
Argentina. I’ve always been facinated with Patagonia.
Almost a dead heat between Italy and India. I think Italy takes it simply by virtue of being less of a pain in the ass.
Peru to see Machu Picchu.
Italy, Germany, England, France, Egypt, and Japan, to name a few off the top of my head. Of those, I have no idea which would be the top of my list.
The UK, mainly London, Yorkshire and Scotland. Close second would be Canada (might be doing that trip in a couple of years.)
North Korea
Russia! Huge, brutal, beautiful, ugly, tragic, dramatic, mystifying country – at least as I imagine it. I want to see it all – elegant St. Petersburg, ancient, imperial Moscow, ugly industrial cities in the Arctic, wild Siberian outposts, gulag towns, abandoned villages, remnants of Soviet glory, traces of the tzars – the whole “riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma” thing. Someday I want to ride the Trans-Siberian Express from Moscow to Vladivostok.
And if you need more reason, check out this excellent blog. Because, as it says, “something cool happens daily on 1/6 of the Earth [sic] surface.”
I’m a bit surprised at all the votes for Australia. Don’t get me wrong – I’m sure it’s a great country (and it has, IMHO, possibly the friendliest people on Earth), but I’m also under the impression that, after Canada, it’s the second most similar country in the world to the US. So what’s the big draw to the Americans who vote for it – the natural beauty? The friendliness of the people?
Iceland. And possibly Greenland, because there’s absolutely nothing in Greenland, and nobody ever goes there. But, really, Iceland has been my dream destination for a long time.
Poland. Don’t ask me why but I have had a thing about Poland since I
was about 13.
Other then Poland I would really love to visit Peru.
Hmmmm maybe I have a thing about the letter ‘P’.
I’m nearly all English descent and I have been there already but the ‘P’ places pull me.
Spain, since I’ve been to Israel.
You’d think so, but at least one Bedouin camp in Israel has intentially touristized itself. Even though it was clearly not 100% authentic, it was still quite an experience for my group of American Jews. And a different world, for sure–we rode on camels, drank Negev moonshine and smoked hookah in a tent. And the Bedouins rolled and smoked superfat spliffs the entire time. I mean, it seemed like there wasn’t a minute gone by that someone wasn’t smoking herb. The whole camp reeked of it and a member of my group claimed to have spotted a bigass Ziploc bag containing at least a few pounds of it. The Bedouins didn’t share, though 
After Spain, I’d have to say Holland, and my next five include France, England, Argentina, Brazil and the Czech Republic in no particular order. Ghana, Australia, Greece, Japan, Norway, and a few others are on the list, but I’m getting ahead of myself. Canada and Mexico I won’t even count, considering where I live.
The meat pies, the football, the accent (which could probably turn me gay, at least for a night).
Cuba. I’ve got a plan, but probably shouldn’t go into details here.

I don’t know if this is a coincidence or not, but there’s a Welsh-speaking community in Patagonia. To my knowledge it’s the only Welsh (ex-)colony in the world.
