What is the difference in these 3 TVs

Most of the price difference is probably because of different options with regard to internet connectivity. Streaming movies form internet etc.

Btw, your middle link didn’t work for me - the other links display the “overview” of the product.

In overview, on the upper banner, click “specifications”. You’ll be presented with a list of features and specs, help you sort out the differences between these models.
I think there’s a “compare items” feature too on best buy site. I believe you’ll find that feature in the main list of the items you’re browsing - rather than after already having selected the specific model description (like you’ve done above).
There’s a little square/box you can check, then “compare items”.

can’t get them to work. let me pull them from another site

Here’s a spreadsheet I made with the comparisons side-by-side.

From glancing at the comaprisons:

The C670 and the C630 have 120HZ refresh rates. The C500 is 60HZ.
A high refresh rate is important on LCD sets so you get less ‘motion blur’ when watching fast moving objects. Since they now make 240HZ sets I’d consider 120HZ the standard. 60HZ is more a budget set.

The three also have various contrast ratios. While this doesn’t mean much comparing brand to brand since there is no set industry standard it does mean something when comparing within a brand. It measures the light to dark variance. The C670 is the best at 150K:1, the C630 at 120K:1, and the C550 the worst at 90K:1.
