In this video. I can’t get Google Lens to pick up the text on his shirt. Doubtless it’s some kind of obscure film or manga or what have you, but he wears this shirt in a lot of his videos so he’s piqued my curiosity.
It seems to mean “Tested”, written in an anime style. It was designed specifically for the show.

Romaji transliteration of those katakana glyphs reads “tesutedo”. Which approximates “tested” as gairaigo (foreign word transliterated into Japanese pronunciation).
And, he’s only 58.
I remember Johnny Knoxville saying people tell him that from time to time and his response is to remind them that Jackass was on 20+ years ago. In Johnny’s defense, unlike Adam, I think a lot of people that think that are mostly noticing his entirely gray hair. Like if you turned on Fargo (the tv show) or The Good Place and saw Ted Danson for the first time since Cheers.
In any case, Adam might look a bit more weathered these days, but he’s still bouncing off the walls like he was back in mythbusters.
