Here in Olympia we’ve got a bar with a taco truck in it, which the building was built around.
Duds ‘n’ Suds? We had a washer in our apartment, but would drive a couple of miles so we could do ten loads at once and fold big sheets on big counters (the place was huge!).
As a tiny kid, I got dragged to Dinner Out, which was always two hours of my parents’ friends talking golf and banking. But once it was at the Gobbler. The rotating bar inside the restaurant (rotating the other direction) was fun, but click on that link, and tell me you wouldn’t be traumatized by acres of vivid purple plush walls…and counters and tables and stages.
