Strawberries can have hairs. They’re usually noticeable only when they fall off and leave a little layer of stubble in the bowl you just washed the berries in. They may vary by breed; some strawberries seem to have longer ones than others. Also, not-very-fresh berries, like, say, California berries here on the East Coast, don’t seem to have them, probably because they fell off crossing the Rockies or something.
