I am looking for an accurate or relatively close determination of muscle volume, size, or weight, in proportion to LEAN BODY MASS.
i.e. What proportion of LEAN BODY MASS is made up of the PECTORALIS MAJOR muscle?
Is their a chart somewhere that has some proportions calculated?
Is there a good average relative size determinant like the Vetruvian Man is for human proportions in drawing?
How could i estimate this if there is no chart out their that describes any proportions?
