Between the “threesome etiquette” thread and a recent viewing of Office Space, I, as a rather religious conservative guy (i.e., I don’t do porn) cannot contain my curiosity any longer. I’m posting this in IMHO, because I’m not sure there’s a factual answer.
I can understand how a threesome of M-F-M would work as a sex act involving all three partners - women have multiple points of entry, and use of any of them falls within what I preceive to be the usual range of sexual activity. But it seems that there’s a very common male fantasy of being somehow serviced by two women. I’m going to assume (If I’m wrong, someone can correct me) that a guy like Lawrence in Office Space, or Chef on South Park, is not fantasizing about a girl using a strap-on to service him anally while he does the second girl. “Pegging” (to use Dan Savage’s coinage) seems to be a niche thing amongst hetero men.
Is it just that the guy wants to be aroused by a live lesbian display and then to just have sex with one of them? Or is there actually some act in which both girls are giving the guy pleasure? (Remember, I’m talking about this commonly-expressed male fantasy.)
In my discussions with males, it’s always come down to two things, but we could be an anomaly. Either the guy is being pleasured while pleasuring the second female, or else (by various combinations) he’s having sex with one of the women while she does things the other one.

More seriously, I’m often bemused by these sorts of questions. There was one a while back about how being anally penetrated by a woman wearing a strap-on would be any different from being anally pentrated by a man, as if the genitals are the only point of contact between two people having sex. I’m not the most sexually experience guy out there, so maybe my conception is just way off, but don’t most people who have sex, also hug, stroke, cuddle, kiss, fondle, etc? Fucking involves a lot more than inserting tab A into slot B. Touching naked skin to naked skin just feels good. Having twice as much naked skin to rub up against seems like a reasonable goal in and of itself, regardless of the mechanics of who gets pentrated where and by what.
As answered above, but a lot of porn has both women going down on the guy at the same time. I can’t say I don’t find that appealling.
I think there’s a deeper psychological aspect of that situation, though. Basically it’s the “Look how much attention I’m getting from hot babes!” thing. Who wouldn’t want to be that popular?
I’d say in general that the male would be … servicing… one of the females while that female went after the 3rd party. Alternatively, he could be having intercourse with one while pleasuring the 3rd.
