What is the font called on the <a href=“http://www.screenselect.co.uk/images/products/6/17236-large.jpg”>title</a> of The Great Gatsby DVD?
Ok damnit, I need to work on using the “preview post” button. Sorry guys.
There are several fonts callled Gatsby. None I saw matched.
Damn you, Omphaloskeptic! I spent 15 minutes looking for it, then the damn hamsters were slow and I couldn’t get into SDMB for a couple of minutes.
Here’s another place that has it. (All the way at the bottom.)
Yes…
I think that the font used in movie titles is usually not connected to the content of the movie.
:smack:
Muahahaha!
BTW, the site in my link above (identifont.com) lets you identify fonts by various features; you can often identify a font from a small sample like the one on the movie cover.
Well, there was that drama “Zapf Dingbats,” but I guess you’re right.
You can also use the automatic font identifier at WhatTheFont - upload an image of your font (black on white seems to work best) and it takes it from there.
Yeah, but that was on cable - you couldn’t get it through a standard Arial.
