What is this: "Intuit.ca Download Works better in IE"

Something strange is going on with my browser. I’m using Opera 9.10, on several systems. On one of those systems (and only one of them), if I am on a webpage that has a text box in it, if I put the cursor in the text box and press the down arrow key, a little menu pops up that says “intuit.ca download works better in IE”.

If I do the same thing in IE, nothing happens.

If I disable Java, Javascript, and plugins, it makes no difference.

I tried making a simple html file that contains a text box and nothing else, saved it on my hard drive, and opened it with opera, I got that little menu when I pressed the down arrow in the text box. If I look at the source for the page, no code had been inserted; it was just the simple html page that I had created myself.

Googling turned up nothing even close to this, so I guess nobody has posted anything about it on the web.

Currently I am searching my entire hard drive for the phrase “download works better”. and am running a full system scan with norton antivirus.

Does this ring a bell with anybody?

Never mind; I are a ideot. It is an Opera feature working how it’s supposed to. (I had made an Opera note that says “Intuit download works better in IE” long ago, then forgot about it, then was startled when it popped up when I pressed the down arrow, bu thtat’s what Opera notes are supposed to do. Hey, at least I don’t have a virus. Wellp, off I go to scratch my ass and drool.
