This is in the background photo of a semi truck. I have no idea what it is, never seen anything like it. It looks like a giant heat sink. This is in Canada, if it makes a difference.

That’s really strange. It reminds me of air vents for some type of underground structure.
Maybe the Wildfire lab?
They appear to be fresh air intakes for underground traffic tunnels.
