Nitpick: The Gaspe is in Quebec, not Nova Scotia.
That will teach me to rely on geographical information from a deli site.
(Well, they don’t actually say the Gaspe Peninsula is in Nova Scotia, but that “Gaspe Nova” is named for the location it comes from, Nova Scotia.)
As long as I get salmon on a NY bagel with a schmeer:bagel:. Followed by a street vendor hotdog (one each from both NY 
and Chicago ).
