What is this place, Colorado dopers?

There is a railroad site about 4 miles ENE of Keenesburg, Colorado, and about 35 miles west of Fort Morgan, off the south side of the BNSF mainline. It’s chain-link fenced, with gates at the rail entrances, but not razor-wired, and the railroad gates were open with no guards present. Looking from Google Earth, it contains an oval of railroad track, and a loop with a short spur.

If I could figure out how to paste an image from Google Earth I would, but just can’t seem to figure out how. Help for that would be nice, too.

At any rate, I’m just curious. What is it?

Thanks for your help!

Oh, and I did search Wikipedia and the local town’s websites. Not a mention.

IMO, it is going to be a transfer loading / unloading station. Is not finished yet in these pictures. Maybe even have an clean out point in the NE corner.

It looks like a pipeline-to-rail terminal.
