Obviously a dining room, but not THE dining room – I’ve seen pictures of THE White House dining room and that ain’t it. Almost certainly not the POTUS’ private dining room in his quarters, because no civilian is going to get anywhere near there.

Best I can figure, it’s like a canteen for the White House Press Corps. Or something.
