In the movie Millions, there’s a scene where a boy of about 11 (Anthony) buys a toy from another boy about the same age. The camera pans across it quickly, but it seems to be a plastic football stadium and a team of some kind - although I don’t know how the players are represented (cards???). He buys it for fifty pounds.
Can someone please expand on this a little bit?
I haven’t seen the film in question could it have been Subbuteo?

It didn’t seem to be either of those games. Everything was contained in a styrofoam box. Like I said, the camera panned across it pretty quickly.

The idea of Subbuteo is the players are small plastic pieces on half-sphere bases. You flick them with your finger, so they tap the soccer ball around the field.
