I’m having trouble finding it, but we had a thread about this a while back, it eventually led to a twitter feed with nothing but these characters. It’s around here somewhere.
That’s Thai, the letter “kho khwai”; at least the bottom character, I don’t know what the squiggly lines are… a Feynman diagram for a kho khwai emitting a photon?

Oh, hang on, I zoomed in the text and I saw that the squiggly line is just a stack of ็ (mai thaiku) one on top of another… that’s not right.
