“Wit Brain” or “Wet Brain” ? You can use your Google Fu on “Wet Brain”.
Yeah, I reached to wet brain, but I need to make sure that we don’t have any stuff called “wit brain”.
I’m helping someone on his English practicing.
Well, there’s “wit” (cleverness) which you use your brain for…
Sure that’s not some misconstrued version of “dimwit?”
I get cryptic Google hits on “wit brain”. Maybe it is a local slang term?
The Google hits (this thread is top hit already) mostly seem to be typos for “with brain” (or perhaps dialect versions of “with brain”, where “with” is pronounced “wit’”). I do not think there is such an expression as “wit brain”. Where are you getting it from?
Brain and brain, what is brain?
I’ve never heard of any expression like wit brain or wet brain. I think your friend may have misheard some other expression.
Is it possible your friend is talking about wheat bran? That’s a product made from ground wheat and some people eat it for its health benefits.
But I’ve never heard anyone use that expression. And I used to work in a substance abuse treatment center.
I’ve heard of wet brain (although it’s a somewhat uncommon term for WKS) but never wit brain.
Googling brings up bupkis and this thread is currently the number two result in the search.
Perhaps the OP means this?
Perhaps he means Pinky wit Brain.
It’s a lot like regular brain, but it’s made with coriander.
Sounds a lot like a homework assignment.
No, no, no. Cheez Whiz.
Actually it’s a variety of cheesesteak in the zombie zone, you can order it wit brain.
Or maybe not.
I am not undertanding this follow-up post. First you would like definitions and alternate spellings, then you say you "need to make sure that we don’t have any stuff called “wit brain”. "
