I was playing thru TH3 yesterday and I realized that I REALLY hate the Suburbia map. It is just WAY too confining and there is no where to do nice long grinds, other than the pool.
I also remember not liking the Venice Beach zone in TH2.
My favorite zone in any TH game is the Airport in TH3. Huge grinds and Huge air in the same map. Cant beat it.
My favorite is in TH2, in Marseilles. I don’t know why, but it’s kind of funny when you bail and some French guy whistles or yells “woo!”. I’m not that good at the game, though, and it’s not currently at my house, so I don’t get to play it often enough to get to other levels.
I LOOOOOVE the Airport in the newest THPS3!! Just got to that one a couple of days ago. That’s my favourite so far.
I was also very fond of Plywood Paradise in THPS2. That was the smoothest ride ever, and made a great skater outta me. The half pipe and bowl in that place were outtasight.
And I second the Marseilles vote, too.
Don’t have 3 yet, so this is only based on 1 and 2.
Don’t like: Portland in 1, New York in 2. Just have something against night city maps I guess.
Like: Chicago in 1, Venice Beach in 2.
It’s also too bad they got rid of the race maps (like the Mall) in #2. Those were an interesting diversion in 1.
I hate Tokyo in TH3.
I love Canada in TH3.
THPS3 is the first TH game I’ve played, so I can only comment on it, but I am addicted to this game! I’ll definitely be going out and getting the others after I’m through with this one.
I agree with TwistofFate, Tokyo is awful (I also hated the Tokyo level in SSX… why does Tokyo = “silly and annoying” in these games?).
My favorite level is the Cruise Ship, followed by the Airport.
I only got thps2 on the PC but I’m about an hour from totally beating it (100% ALL characters ana ALL the gaps, i have about ~50 left mostly on skate heaven). My favorites are Marseilles and Venice Beach and my least favorites are the Hanger (at Mullet falls 
) and Chopper Drop. I see that 3 is out for the PC, is it worth the 40$ it costs? No demo at activision yet.
